Lydia Najim Smith, Esq., represents clients in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate, Conservatorship, and Special Needs Trusts, as well as disputes in these areas.
Ms. Smith earned her Juris Doctor at Pepperdine University School of Law, where she also served as a professor's assistant to renowned Education Law professor Bernard James. In this role she assisted Professor James in his research for publication of the book Education Law and Policy, first edition. Also at Pepperdine, Ms. Smith advocated for parents of special needs children in her Education Law clinical. Ms. Smith earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from California Polytechnic University in Pomona, California.
Ms. Smith was born in Lebanon, raised in Southern California, and is a resident of Orange County, California. She is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and has served as a board member for Mommy Esq., a network of Attorney mothers through the OCBA. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, playing guitar, and spending time with her family. She is fluent in English and Levantine Arabic.
